Getting Back to the Blog

WOW. It has been Y E A R S since I’ve blogged. Life, I guess, just happened. But I didn’t quit quilting! I think I’m close to or over 90 quilts now, with just a few of them still in my possession. And that is good – why have a ton of quilts (which would weigh a ton!) hanging around? I don’t get that. And I don’t think I am in the majority on that opinion.

My plan (which I just made) is to blog on Fridays. Usually, I am free on Fridays – not this Friday, though. I am delivering two quilts to family. So I’ll be kinda busy. Hopefully I can do a post on Saturday, with pictures. Because that’s the best memory, when you have a picture of the person who was gifted the quilt along with the quilt.

This is the time of the corona virus pandemic so there’s not a lot of getting together. I started a string quilt during the lock-down . . . haven’t worked on it lately, but here is a pic of some blocks. I’ll get back to it eventually.

So that’s it for today. I need to finish binding great-grandson Roman’s quilt. He’s due in about 2 weeks.
